Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items marked as final sale

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for faster assistance.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
